The Phoenix Rises

The watcher of the work

Unfortunately  it was home day. We had a big house to clean and reset for the next lot arriving at 4pm. We agreed to do this as Bro wouldn't  need to have someone  else do it for him.
It took us a good few hours, but I even managed to made a hotchpotch  soup for lunch to use up the veg drawer instead of carting  it home. MonStar had the right idea and looked on curiously.
Our journey  home to longer than usual as we went via Glencoe. The A9 south being closed at Perth , we made the right choice. The light in Glencoe was stunning. See extra.
Tired but very happy to have reset and had a week with the family  after the lockdowns and fears, we are so delighted  to have done it.
The house in Glenelg is quite solidly booked until next month, but can I recommend  you look it up.  Larach sithe is a great place for large groups  to spend relaxed time together, but we never even thought of using the sauna. Next time...perhaps.
