I don't do baking

I've never seen The Great British Bake Off and have no real notion of what all the fuss is about, but my work colleagues are obsessed.

So, tomorrow we are having a bake off and I decided to give it a go. As many ingredients as possible needed to be Fairtrade, so this is white chocolate cake with walnuts - and it's bloody lush!!

What you aren't seeing is the Cherry and coconut slab that didn't work (tasted lovely but looked like mush!).
