SHORTAGE OF PUMPKINS

I keep reading about many different kinds of shortages, including gasoline, 
toilet paper (again!) chicken, aluminum baking pans, coffee, turkeys, bus & truck drivers & now PUMPKINS.  The pumpkin shortage must be of the edible kind of pumpkins, because everywhere I go, I see these large displays of the decorative kind.  The variety is amazing, & so festive.

Although I am not a big fan of foods with pumpkin, I have a niece who
loves any & all delicacies made with pumpkin.  She would search far & wide to find them, if there truly is a shortage. 

For now, she can just go to Trader Joe's & stock up.
