Rump Steak

Kate got this gorgeous looking rump steak from her cousin Robert (and his wife Katie), who own Hardwick Park Farm near Chertsey.

A few years ago (2007) his business was badly shaken with the culling of his cattle following the foot and mouth outbreak, so it's great to see them back on their feet again.

The steak went down pretty well too.
