Purrfect Day

After a very early and freezing start to our journey, the Big Cat and I boarded the ferry to Calais at 8:15.
The journey down the length of France has been hugely enjoyable. The weather was perfect: dry and not too bright, and getting a lot warmer as we moved south!
We arrived at our night stop some 13 hours later, a little south of Bordeaux.
I intend to set off early in the morning and hope to arrive home mid-evening. That is, if the Cat behaves as she did today: leaping down the autoroute with those big long legs of hers, purring all the way!
