Hat…

It will be, when it’s finished.

I started knitting a prem baby hat in the afternoons while we were away. Some read, some did Sudoku, some napped. I knat! Knitted of course. Reminded me of sprant for sprinted. We loved making up words when we were growing up and some stuck. Or is it sticked?

It’s been a quiet day not least because it’s been so dull! The lights are on earlier and even the heating has been advanced.

Tomorrow we visit the family in Sawston. Esmée tells us each FaceTime call that she has a baby sister. She is very proud of her big sister role.
