Apple Farm

It's taking a little while to get back into routine after our break but we did manage to get out to The Farm this afternoon. We didn't stay for coffee as it was pretty busy but did get a nice walk before driving back the scenic way. It's nice to see the tints appearing in the autumn sunlight.

I took one or two photos including this line of abandoned crates, presumably used during apple picking at one time.  A suitable candidate for this Sunday's Derelict Sunday hosted by Marlieske.

I did take something a bit prettier.   The sunflowers in their field are dying off now though there are quite a few left, especially the smaller flowers.  There is an example of one of the white sunflowers, in the extras.
