In praise of eccentricity

I do like blue plaques, though they can be a little dull and worthy.

So this one made a pleasant change. Not on a fusty old building but in a meadow by the river. A choice of location, you might say, which is a little eccentric. But then the apple never falls far from the tree!

And after all, where would we be without eccentricity?
