Surprise!

My brothers took our Mam out for a wheelchair spin to see the pumpkins that appeared at the entrance to the caravan park next door to the nursing home. It looks like she's enjoying them.

Visiting is back on after 2 more recent lockdowns one to covid and one for some sort of noravirus. We are locked out more than we are allowed in but we all stick to taking her outside rather than entering the home anyway. Much nicer and safer. Not sure how Winter will be but there's plenty of blankets and we could snuggle in a hot water bottle somewhere to still be able to take her out.

It's taken 3 days to find a washing machine not in use at the laundry and today was the day, whites in. Darks tomorrow.

Can't believe it's a week already since my Son was here, October is flying by.
