A bit of google magic to find out that the building is named after Chinese physicist Prof. Yang Fujia, in recognition of his role "in increasing the University's engagement with China". There you go. It's an impressive piece of architecture. Warning: do not stand under its sloping side on those rare occasions when recently-accumulated snow may be inclined to descend on you at fast pace.
