Stitched-up

Before driving home this afternoon, I first drove to Galashiels to see The Great Tapestry of Scotland, over 160 hand-stitched panels telling the story of Scotland and its people.

I had seen it before, about a year after it had been created in 2013 and was touring the country, but the Tapestry now has a new permanent home in Galashiels and I thought it worth visiting again. It really is an impressive creation, indeed series of creations.
