On the march

A frost this morning but a beautiful day. It would have been a good one to get up the hills but Mr Rat had to go and see someone this afternoon. I did take the chance to go out for a run and went with him and ran home - nearly all downhill.
A load of washing got done and dried and some of the dreaded housework, so at least the kitchen and bathroom are clean.
VArious other bits and pieces so generally a day well spent.
