autumn colour

This corner on Potternewton Road puts on a good autumn show in the coming months.

A bright but chilly walk to the pool at 8  this morning, another 30 mins of circuits.  I am concentrating on keeping going at a steady pace of breaststroke rather than changing lanes to do a few lengths of splashy thrashing front and backcrawl.
