FROST THIS MORNING.

Still in a lot of pain, but a lot better, hope this continues. Headed to the loch this morning and it was so frosty and extremely cold, but beautiful. My main blip is of the loch with the mist lifting and the sun just out. The extra is of the heron who I watched catching his breakfast. The other extra is another load of oranges from my little orange tree. It still has loads of green ones and more blossom. It is really amazing.
