Autumn?

The day was as gloriously sunny as forecast so, after working all morning, I went out on my bike. It was chilly in the shadows of the old railway, and the trees are definitely turning, but I was surprised to see some new flowers, in particular these poppies. I was in the dog house when I returned, as I'd taken the garage key, and A wanted to get the watersports stuff in there to go out with K. My only defence was that the spare key that I had once put in a sensible place was not available!
