Alchemilla mollis

I didn’t sleep well.  I pulled a muscle in my lower side/back yesterday and just couldn’t get comfortable.  It didn’t seem so bad until I went to bed.  It’s been bearable today but only when sitting down and taking pain killers.  I did make myself go out for a walk before work, which helped it a little.  It was damp – but I didn’t get too wet.  I was then stuck at my laptop all day, with lots of back to back teams calls.  I managed a wee walk at lunchtime and then it was back to the coal face.  Later there was tea and then a wee walk to try and stretch myself out a bit.
 
BB went to rugby training tonight and came home covered in mud.  He loved it, but was disappointed that not many of his team mates turned up.
 
I do hope I sleep better tonight.
