work

this was my view for several hours today...most of the day actually.

had to be done.
iv read thru my draft of my dissertation, beginning to end
and then spent the rest of the day making all the little bitty changes.
its time consuming but im pleased that its coming together nicely.

in other news, me and the parentals are doing a diet thing...portion control, exercise, and lots of fruit and veg. its intense but hopefully proving useful!
when its chilly in the day, who really wants a salad??
or a cold march evening, who wants a yoghurt?!
anyways, its all food, and im very grateful to have food in my stomach and a warm house.
