It seemed a good idea at the time . . .

The quickest way to walk down to the Albert Dock from Liverpool One is along this pavement. During the planning of Liverpool One someone must have decided to put a modern single line of water fountains - "it will be brilliant - it won't look that good - but it will make walking down to the Albert Dock more interesting - and anyone who does walk through this way will take their chances on getting soaked to the skin - it'll be brilliant"!

Although I am not too happy with the composition or detail in neither the picture nor the caricature; I have made an attempt to use Photoshop and explore what it does; using layers and importing other images.
