Thursday: Not just Runner Beans!!

A fine dry start to the day, I had a very slow morning - MrD was busy tidying the patch of grass and path where the scaffolding has been since mid-July, The Robin was supervising him and MrD enjoyed his company!
Today’s shield bug might be a Common one, used this

but I could be wrong!?
Washing on the line around midday, MrD went off on his motorbike and I sat in the garden enjoying my lunch, which included garden salad.
Gardening jobs: filled a large plant pot in the greenhouse with American land cress and common sorrel, picked a handful of runner beans - still more to come, moved plants in pots around behind the garage, sat and enjoyed the garden :-))
Fish & Chips for tea.
The little snail is so pretty and I don’t mind it nibbling the runner beans!
