85 Not Out.

Dear Chris 85 on Sunday.
She joined Pudsey Ramblers when she was 19, and has been a valued member ever since.
She now hosts our yearly barbecue and also New Year’s Day Party.
Always bright and cheerful and still does the shorter walks. It used to be with her lovely dog Holly, but shortly after she died she got a new Labrador puppy, Polly.

36 of us joined her at the Fox and Hounds to celebrate. They certainly looked after us well as originally they only expected about 20.
Our steak and ale pie was delicious.
The cake was provided by the committee, and made us laugh.

Home now and feeling a little hoarse after talking none stop for about three hours.
Did enjoy it though!
