Sunset

After dinner I was surprised to see this glow in the sky so grabbed the camera and ran out to take it before it disappeared.
Blood taken again this morning and there was a student nurse there who tried to take my blood pressure. He kept pumping it up and letting some out and pumping it again and again until the nurse suddenly noticed that my hand was turning blue. I sat there watching it and wondered if I should say anything.
Spinning this afternoon with J as everybody else was busy. Really pleased with the bit I did as I managed to get it nice and fine.
Quite a nice day and a bit warmer in the sun but is getting cold now.
