Defining characteristics: wedding ring (very happily married); Garmin (counts steps and helps me hum "stayin’ alive"); plaster on index finger (prone to accidents with kitchen knives).

Long day in the home office but did manage 14,000 steps. Lovely chat with Big Sis who had her birthday today. Plus had a laugh with colleagues and coffee with The Dizzle. So hands up, not a bad day.
