In passing

Saw a lovely audiologist this morning who made me feel so much more confident in ‘owning’ my hearing loss and understanding what tinnitus actually is. I’ve spent so many years feeling helpless about it, so I left the hospital feeling very positive.

I was in a rush to get back to work but this beautiful view demanded a quick shot. Which is just aswell as the only other things on today’s shot-yield are about ten picture’s of J’s lunch (don’t ask!).
