Omnishambles.

If I wasn't so already I  become ever more vexed and frustrated at the short comings of the legal profession to ensure their client gets accurate legal title to the property they are buying.
It ranges from excluding a few garden outbuildings to the situation where not even the house footprint is fully owned rendering the property worthless..
An increasing  proportion of my projects are linked to this issue and they offer no job satisfaction.
You would think the solicitors should go on a course on the subject. .
