Gym

After yesterday's news it was good to get out and about today. The hospital physio had requested my GP to refer me to my local council gym for a free assessment session (nothing is straightforward). 
The wonderful lady at the gym gave me 90 minutes for my 1 hour session and invited Mrs S to join in. I asked for a home exercise plan - which she devised. I now have a couple of follow-up sessions, to check progress and develop the plan.
We were very impressed.
