Moving North...

For the day at least... up early and headed up to Sheffield for a meeting. Quite a slow trip in places due to traffic. Met colleagues old and new and worked on a project I'm involved with for the Geographical Association. Meetings around the Conference. When it ended, I hit a very busy M1 and A1 and headed up to York to see my parents for the first time in around 18 months. It was lovely to catch up and chat. We had really rather excellent fish and chips from Millers and then a few drinks with my sister and partner too. This excellent book arrived today too.
