Lost in the Moment
I am not good at portraiture, anytime I try I never like the results, the twins I have to keep for obvious reasons but the rest usually get consigned to the recycle bin.
Today we had a dual retiral at the office, two of the accounts staff with 48 years service between them were finally paroled. there was the obligatory lunch, speeches smiling and reminiscing from the staff with longevity of service and I was happy to blend into the background and record the day for posterity. While everyone was gathering one of my colleagues was pondering something one, talking to another colleague just out of shot, when I saw this I surprised myself, it was a single frame before I was noticed and the moment was gone and I actually quite liked the shot.
The weather put paid to my intended Blip for today so my colleague is my Blip for today, if I fail to submit a journal entry tomorrow you will realise she has seen it and probably murdered me!!!
Here is hoping I survive another day!
