Winter flowers

After spending a fortune on nothing at Asda this afternoon we came home to the sun shining briefly so I scooted outside to try and get a blip.

Was going to try my macro filters on my new lens but they don't fit - 58mm compared to 52mm new lens!

Anyway I put the kit lens back on and took a few shots of a messy garden which is badly in need of some tlc. This is one of the few bits of colour at the moment, heather which has spread on the little rockery.

At least it's out of the way instead of me thinking about it later, need to get some cleaning and tidying done!
