Told you so

Way back in November I blipped this same spot and sure enough a few weeks later the trees were gone. All through the winter I kept meaning to blip the treeless spot, you nearly got it yesterday but then I got a better blip and today I discovered they'd gone and planted new trees, damn, a blip opp missed.

Not amused.

In other news, fellow expats and I are off to our friendly bar (Lulu - will have to blip it one day) tonight because there's a quiz night on. In German, could be challenging seeing as the questions will undoubtedly not only be in German but also about all things German - we're not anticipating being on a winning team, unless all the natives stay home that is...shall report back.
