Wood Iris

In the family Iridaceae, aka Fortnight Lily, African Iris, Japanese Iris and Butterfly Iris, depending on the plant's location. This one, and it's friends, were happily blooming in the Culver's parking lot. C & I were there to get a  frozen custard cone. Passed up the 'Oreo Overload' for an unassuming and lower calorie count plain chocolate. But I digress! I, of course, helped myself to some seeds 'cause we don't have enough plants already! ahaha!
