The Magical World Of Mycology

In Germany, Italy , Spain ,France mushrooms and fungi are something to learn about as opposed to avoid at all costs.
In my time here it's  amazing watching groups foraging. Yesterday I saw three young men with bags full . Missed my chance .Today I saw a young lady at the bus stop She was happy to show me her finds & agreed to a photograph ,
The knife is a must .All of these she knew to be edible.. Their textures are beautiful . On You Tube I subscribe to a channel in Northern Spain where the videos are fascinating and uploaded by a  man who certainly knows his mushrooms :)
