A Splash of Sunshine

We got the snow overnight to low levels on the surrounding mountains.  (Extra 1).  More snow in the forecast for tonight.

I have had a good day, starting with morning tea with the church ladies.  We always have a good natter.  After that I had a walk into town, and along the new boardwalk, which is now finished and planted nicely.  Home for lunch, then a short walk to the lake and back.  That is when I took this photo, the sun came out for a few seconds, then was gone.  

Am finishing off the day by watching an episode of Downton Abbey.
