Monday

I had signed up for a walking group via my Link Worker today. We were to meet outside a community health centre at 1pm. Got there and the place was shut and no one turned up.
Went to the chemist but they forgot to give me one my meds, back tomorrow.
Tried to pay for my first therapist appt online today for Wed but it wouldn't work. Had to email her.

I feel nothing I don't care about these things. Just want to give up. Not seen anyone for days and it feels like I don't exist.
