A long-overdue visit to the dentist

What great excitement: this morning I went to the dentist for a check-up for the first time in almost two years! It was lovely to see the staff at the surgery again. I was even allowed to photograph my tooth chart.

The rest of my day was focused on research assessment tasks, with a couple of meetings thrown in for good measure.

Exercise today: 40 minutes on the exercise bike.
