First proper...

.....run out on her new bike.

We had a lovely day yesterday with quite a late evening so there was no rush to get up this morning, even Orla was happy to lie in a bit and then relax on our bed watching TV.

When she did want breakfast I got up so Claire could have another hour or so in bed. We did some drawing, dancing and playing with toys. Once she had had her nap Claire and I took her to the park for some lunch and ride on her new bike. She had this balance bike for her birthday a few weeks ago from Grandma and Grandpa but today was the first real go on it other than in our garden.

She did enjoy it and getting to grips with shuffling along with it, her helmet pretty much fits her properly too which we were waiting for. Happy she didn't complain about wearing it because she normally hates anything on her head.

Later on it was a nice relaxing evening to finish off the weekend.
