Magic Drops

Another bright, sunny day with a cool breeze.
Foolishly I rang BT this morning to try rebook a visit from a Home Technical Expert. 1.5 hours later the booking has not been made and Ms. S's new SIM card has not had her mobile number transferred. The problem was not waiting to get connected but that our order has not been completed so they cannot resolve the issues. Quoting Bob Dylan, "there must be some way out of here said the joker to the thief...." The operative offered to ring back on Friday to see if everything had been resolved. She then asked if there was anything else she could help with? I restrained from making a comment. 
Into the garden this afternoon to plant the spring cabbage and take up and divide the yellow flag iris which had grown into the cotinus. A good way to calm down and put technology into perspective.
