The gap

I had never noticed this before.   It can be seen from the viewpoint overlooking the Kyles of Bute, and I saw it just as I was about to drive past that spot so I managed to stop and take a picture, though I didn't have my longest lens with me.  

Maybe another blip beckons on some other day.
