River Dee

It’s been a bit of a long day. We got back to Dunira at around 2am after the Genesis concert. It took an hour to get out of the car park then another hour to get onto the M8 due to roadworks. Then we drove home in torrential rain. We spent most of today recovering and doing some painting of the flat. Late afternoon I jumped into the car again and headed up to Braemar for a school walking club reunion. The sun came out briefly on the way to Inverey giving this view looking west up the Dee towards Marr Lodge and the Linn of Dee.
