Apple cider doughnuts

It's that time of year...time to head to the pumpkin patch in Lincoln. The farm's on a hill; one side has the strawberry fields and the other, steeper side is covered with drying vines of beautiful pumpkins. I didn't do the U-pick thing this year (no kids anymore!) but bought three colorful lumpy pre-picked ones and had fun - with their parents' permission - photographing these sweet kids.
