What I really enjoyed in setting up this holiday acomodation was choosing the finishing touches, curtains, cushions, pictures, etc.

Being a craftswoman, myself, it was important to look for hand-made items from the shows I attended. All the paintings are of Ullswater, three by an artist who had been part of our craft group. Lamps and bowls were from a pottery only a few miles away. Other items were chosen from craftsmen to add to the themed look, with a few geology-related items to reflect my own interest.
