The sun appeared, which was very welcome :-) 

I had quite a wobbly day, thinking about H. I've been ok the last few weeks, but today I seemed to be back to square one, and felt tearful. I had my therapy session in the evening, and I cried a lot, and said to her "I'm just sad ". And I think it will take a long time to get over. 

A small win was an impromptu visit to the Jet garage at 8pm on my way home, and consequently I now have a full tank of petrol :-) Which is a good thing as it's my turn to drive to placement tomorrow!
