Echium

I found these Echium on our walk today.
I have grown one from seed & now in the garden, looking forward to seeing it next year in full flower.
I slept better last night, the pain wasn't so bad, but as always still there.
I have chosen not to overdo it again today, but still been busy visiting Joan, doing the washing, going for a walk, making dinner.
Tomorrow is going to be busy with things, but you'll read all about it then. Shouldn't be too strenuous though.
