A Proposal.

Another out of the ordinary vignette played out up the line this morning.

Aber Cafe, The Quarryman's Caban, to give it it's official title.   Still cool in the shade of the hills before midday but blessed with a little sunshine later on a lovely autumn day.   Three trains, the early excitement followed by a busy lunchtime train and a quiet afternoon one which ensured an early getaway after all was cleaned up and put away.   

Jamie's mum set off back to Norfolk this morning.   He's online with Clara this evening and hoping we can resolve a couple of issues so that a planned trip to see her and Aaron later this week can go ahead.  Ruth's had a very quiet day but we've enjoyed a tasty tea together and will now complete some important paperwork before I go to Wharf to sort the rubbish and lock up.
