Beautiful morning

I woke at 5.30 and was going to go an early walk down the canal. I decided no to as my back still hurts and so I thought I would just walk to church. It seems I missed a beautiful sunrise .....oh well.... This was the view down the field as I walked to church. As I walked home it was much cloudier. 
A very quiet day, I watched the Formula 1 but fell asleep for most of it. I really hope the antibiotics start to kick in soon as the pain is still awful at times.
