A table for Rowan berries

John put this up a few years ago, as far as we know it hasn’t had an occupant.

We wandered along the road to check on the rubbish left by spectators, not too bad although we forgot the bag for collecting the cans and bottles, will go back tomorrow. An extra shows one area where there is normally a great pile of rubbish, this year it was bagged up and ready for the bin men to collect. Or better John will go out on the quad bike, we don’t have a collection this week.

When out we met a few people walking and stopped to chat, a much better day weather wise, it was a pleasant October afternoon.
