Golden Plover & Lapwing...

It's been a lovely sunny day and I thoroughly enjoyed watching, and listening to, the golden plover & lapwing at OM.

On my way home, two cyclists were coming up the hill side by side. One seemed to push the other (or didn't know they were there, or something). One fell off his bike and into the road & thankfully I was far enough away to do an emergency stop with a few metres to spare. 

The fallen cyclist got up and back on his bike - I wound the window down and asked if he was ok and said that I was glad I managed to stop. He said he was fine.

At the time I was fine, but feel a bit shaky just now.

In other news, a 5th member of staff now has Covid. She is CEV with a lung condition that had her staying at home for nearly a year and working online (doctors orders.) So worried about her now x
