Scrapbook

One of the ladies here in our village has a scrapbook of life in Milcombe which was compiled in 1965.
It's see better days and is starting to fall apart. This would be a real shame as it's full of interesting news clippings, photos etc which give a taste of life from back then. I was asked if I could scan it and put it all on a cd. Scanning it would mean having to take it all apart, or to force it wide open when it does't want to.
So instead, I set up my studio lights, put my camera on my benbo tracker tripod so I could look straight down at the book, and photograph each page. And, of course, safely backed it all up.
That's my good deed done for the day.
