Flock of Starlings roosting on a large crane at Bairds maltings, in Inverness. They weren't perturbed by the Falcon.

Didn't take any pain killers this morning, but I won't make that mistake tomorrow. Some nasty twinges over part of the cycle in. Too early to totally back off them.
