The Way of Senility

It's 13 years since my first black belt, in Wado Ryu style.  Seven since my 3rd black in Shotokan (the more common style) after the first club folded.

E noted an advert for a nearby Wado Ryu karate club starting up and for some daft reason I'm feeling inclined to go along.  I think the muscles will be ok, my problem is going to be with the twice overwritten Wado Ryu braincells.

Wado Ryu translates as the way of peace.  

Probably in the same way as diplomacy 'translates' as speak softly and carry a big stick.
