Highclere Castle

Today could have been a tough day and it still was a bit. I was due to visit Highclere Castle with my husband but sadly, suddenly and completely unexpectedly he died almost two weeks ago. I wasn't sure whether to go but decided I would with my good friend Julie. Luckily the weather was fantastic which really helped. I remember when we booked it in August wondering if it was a good idea to go in October. Maybe Mark was looking down on us.
